Reformer Pilates Course

Are you looking to get started with Reformer Pilates at your own pace? This 6-week program is designed especially for you. You’ll be introduced to Reformer Pilates in a small, supportive setting with a maximum of two participants per course — tailored entirely to your level.

You can expect a progressive journey where intensity and complexity increase gradually over the 6 weeks. You’ll become familiar with the Reformer, learn proper technique, and gain a solid understanding of the core Pilates principles. By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to your body.

Reformer Forløbets Struktur

Pilates Reformer is a highly effective and enjoyable form of exercise that builds strength, improves mobility, and deepens body awareness. Throughout the program, you’ll become confident using the Reformer while benefiting from individualized guidance that ensures both safety and precision in every movement. The course is open to everyone—even if you’ve never tried Pilates Reformer before.

After completing the course, you’ll feel confident and comfortable practicing Pilates on the Reformer. You’ll have a solid understanding of proper technique — the key element that truly elevates your training. This course provides a strong foundation for both body and mind.

Course Price : 2.598 kr.

The price of the program will increase to DKK 3,249 as of January 1, 2026, due to VAT being applied to training services. We therefore recommend purchasing your program no later than December 31, 2025.

Meet Your Instructor

The Semi-Private Reformer Pilates program is led by Lotte Boje, Kamilla Sørensen, and Louise Bekhøj.

All instructors are fully certified in Reformer Pilates and bring extensive experience working with both beginners and more advanced practitioners.

Through a calm, focused, and supportive teaching approach, they guide you through Reformer Pilates sessions designed to refine technique while thoughtfully challenging your strength, flexibility, and control.

Small Classes & Personal Settings

CANVAS is a privately owned studio in the heart of Aarhus, specializing in Pilates courses, Personal training and rehabilitation. We focus on creating a warm, personal environment—both in our studio and in every session.

In our Reformer Pilates course, classes are limited to just two participants, allowing you to ask questions freely and receive personalized guidance and adjustments tailored to your needs.

Questions & Answers

Everyone is welcome to join the Reformer Course. Over the course of the six sessions, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of the Reformer and feel confident in your Pilates Reformer practice—even if you are completely new to Reformer Pilates.

Training on the Reformer requires that you wear non-slip socks. You can purchase a pair at the studio for DKK 120.

Simply wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely—preferably without zippers, as these can scratch the equipment.

There are no shower facilities at the studio, but you are welcome to use the restroom for a quick refresh after your workout.

We do have changing facilities available in the studio.

If you have an injury or experience pain, please contact us before booking a program. We will assess whether the program can be adapted to accommodate your needs.

If you get sick and need to cancel a class during your course, you will receive a credit for one of our Pilates Mat classes as compensation. This credit is valid for 30 days.

To receive your Mat class credit, please cancel the class through your membership profile at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
