With several years of experience teaching Pilates in private settings and larger groups at my own Pilates Studio, CANVAS AARHUS, I have established the foundation for a safe virtual feel-good movement space.
I hope you will find your inner strength through mindful and powerful movement, gentle stretches, and a warm virtual atmosphere. My goal is to encourage you to explore and challenge your body and mind through strengthening exercises. I aim to provide you with the tools to build a balanced physical and mental foundation.
For Body & Mind
My Pilates journey began when I discovered the versatility and positive effects of this form of exercise for both body and mind, during my rehabilitation after a traffic accident. Today, Pilates is an integral part of my daily life, helping me achieve physical balance between strength and flexibility. More importantly, a moment on the Pilates mat provides me with a calm mind and the energy I need for everyday life.
