Teaching Style
In my classes, you will experience a calm yet powerful flow of exercises that alternate between strength, flexibility, and balance. I promise you will leave each session with a feel-good sensation in both body and mind!
I discovered Pilates during rehabilitation from a traffic accident and was immediately captivated by its versatility as a training method. In my free time, I enjoy running, sea swimming, baking, engaging in creative projects and spending time with family and friends.
