I believe in an evidence-based yet holistic approach to training, emphasizing both the physical and mental benefits of movement. My goal is to help each individual achieve their personal best through tailored, attentive instruction. I firmly believe that the best type of exercise for you is the one you enjoy the most.

Teaching Style

In my classes, you will experience a calm yet powerful flow of exercises that alternate between strength, flexibility, and balance. I promise you will leave each session with a feel-good sensation in both body and mind!

About Me

I discovered Pilates during rehabilitation from a traffic accident and was immediately captivated by its versatility as a training method. In my free time, I enjoy running, sea swimming, baking, engaging in creative projects and spending time with family and friends.
