During a private training session, you will be guided through a customized program using Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, and Pilates Mat. Duet Pilates is ideal for those who have taken private classes in the studio and wish to continue with a personalized program while sharing the class with another person. In this class, there are 2 participants, each working on their own personally tailored training program.
You will experience dedicated personal attention, ensuring that you get the most out of your exercises with corrections and adjustments tailored specifically to you, your body, your daily condition, and your pace. In this way, you will experience gradual improvement even while sharing your class with a training partner. You will leave the session feeling energized and light for the rest of your day.
It’s a prerequisite to have completed a minimum of 5 private classes at the studio to participate in duet classes. Additionally, it requires that the studio can find a consistent duet partner for you or that you bring your own partner whom you’d like to train with.
