Log in and book your training in the schedule below. All of our instructors speak English and can adjust accordingly. The language spoken in our Matwork Group classes will be adjusted to the participants unless something else is stated in the schedule.
Remember to cancel your session at least 12 hours before the start time to get back your clip. Late cancels and no show will cost you one clip or a fee of 149 kr. for monthly group class members.
